Great meal...takes a little prep (at least the first time) but the sauce and the shitake mushrooms added a great flavor to this dish. Served with pasta and green beans to round out a tasty dinner.

I just watched the movie Julie and Julia and wanted to make this dish. However, I wanted something a little healthier then the original Julia Child recipe. It was amazing!!!!! My boyfriend is not a huge lover of mushrooms and he gobbled them all up! This recipe is going straight into the permanent recipe box!
This dish was perfect!! Great for two people, amazing flavor!! My boyfriend said it was the best chicken he had ever had, and he is the one who usually does the cooking!!!
This was AMAZING! I served it with whole wheat olive oil and garlic couscous and steamed broccoli. As a leftover hater, I usually send all of the leftovers with my fiance, but I set aside some for myself and it was so good even the next day! I'll definitely be making this again and again!
