The secret to a good cream sauce is always the same: not too much cream or it can be overpowering, masking the more delicate flavors. Here it contains a bountiful amount of mushrooms and is served over chicken breasts.

This meal was probably my favorite on the entire website. I hate mushrooms and I absolutely loved this meal. If you have more than 2 pieces of chicken I would recommend doubling the ingredients for the sauce. This was a restaurant quality meal. Although not the healthiest this meal taste wonderful on a bed of mashed potatoes. yum!

This was DELICIOUS!!! Wow wow wow. In my quest for low calorie meals, I finally found a good one! I prepared it with onions instead of shallots, and no chives, but the results were amazing. I also served it with 1/2 cup of brown rice. Aslo, my VERY PICKY 7 year old came over to watch me cook it and requested some for lunch - and then said it was the best meal he'd ever eaten!
