This recipe was great! It was easy to make and had lots of flavor. The only modification I did was use an onion instead of a shallot. I will definitely make this again.

the only way i see this dish being a flop is someones personal taste, or they dont succeed to make it properly - given that, this dish was amazingly easy to make, and fantastic flavor to boot! at least according to my own taste and ability, and though the "sauce" wasnt sauce (which can be easily fixed by adding more of something, i added nothing extra) i enjoyed it very much! i really never would have guessed that something so delicious would have so few calories! will be making this again in the future!

I'm always looking for new, healthy ways to prepare chicken and this one definitely will be added to my recipe box! It was very tasty. I served this with Eating Well's Brown Rice and Greens recipe and it was a perfectly delicious and filling dinner.
