The marinara sauce was outstanding, but my husband thought the burgers were only okay. An immersion blender worked well on the sauce.


I also just let the sauce cook longer in the pan instead of using the
food processor. We like this combination very much and will make it again and again. YUM.


This recipe is so delicious and full of flavor. The cheese oozing out with the messing sauce makes it a fantastic burger. I kept the sauce chunky and just let it break down a little longer in the saucepan instead of putting it in a food processor. Definitely one of my favorite burgers!
