I thought these were very good! I made them exactly as the recipe specified and cooked them on the grill outside. They cooked easily and stayed together surprisingly well. The burgers were very juicy and flavorful. I did think the lemon zest was a pretty strong without the marinara though. I'd probably cut it down next time so it doesn't take over the flavors in the burger so much. The marinara sauce was great with it.
I served them over slices of asiago focaccia which I toasted on the grill after the burgers were done. They looked great and went together wonderfully.
