Moroccan Spice Mix Recipe

Ingredients

  • Grated zest of 1 orange, (1 tablespoon)
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon hot chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, preferably kosher
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Preparation

  1. Mix ingredients together thoroughly.
