All the flavors of a Greek pizza make these savory muffins bite-size treats for adults and kids alike.

These are in the oven now, I'm excited! I made a couple of changes. I omitted the feta and olives and added tuna and mushrooms. Instead of making mini ones my batter spread to 6 normal sized ones which means 80 calories for 1. That's still amazing though and it will be filling I'm sure!

These were tasty but a bit time consuming. They would be good with a soup dinner in a larger size and they are even better with goat cheese spread on them.

These muffins are so yummy. Next time I make them I'll add some heat like red pepper flakes or chopped jalapenos. They would also be really good with a little chopped turkey pepperoni.

I have served these awesome little muffins for a couple of events now and everyone loves them! I always get requests for the recipe and am now making them for a friend to serve at a bridal shower.
