We love the way Brie and apples taste together in these mini quiches. Mini phyllo cups make it swift and simple to create an elegant appetizer.

Ive made these once before and i will be making them again tonight for me and my partner and 2yo little girl :) made them before for a family dinner party, i add a little caramalised red onion chutney to the bottom first and then add all the rest on top, there definately needs to be more apple added because that amount lacks taste, but my 2yo loves them :) and thats an acheivement in itself :) x

Quick,Easy, for all the family
Simple and tasty

I made these for a Christmas party and they were great. I used a Brie that had mushrooms in it and it paired greatly!! I would add more apples as well, like the other reviews mentioned.

Easy to make
Just needs some Jam

All this needs is a dap of raseberry Jam. It mixes with the brie for full flavor and does overpower the apples a bit so we doubled the number of apples and added more (1 tbl) of mustard. We also cut back on the eggs and added an equal amount of milk.

Simple, different
Fantastic recepi

I was amazed with this recepi, I'm not a great cook and this one made me look like a professional Jeff. The only thing I couldnt find were the shells, so I did my own with phyllo sheets. Also I replaced the eggs with whites only and that added to my thanksgiving meal a big plus.

Too much egg, not enough apple

I made these last night for a party. I think they have good potential, but I could barely taste the apple. I would double the amount of apple next time. I also thought it was far too eggy-tasting. Next time I would add more mustard and seasoning, and maybe cut the eggs with some cream.
