"I add chopped tomatoes and mild, diced jalapenos to this coleslaw. I don't add the cilantro until shortly before serving. It's a delicious recipe! "

Quick & Easy

Quick to make ... I added a pinch of pepper flakes to add a little spice. I have passed along to friends and family that like to eat healthy.

Used the pre-made bag of cabbage, added salsa instead of diced tomatoes and added jalapenos....DELICIOUS!

Love it!

We love this as is. But for those looking for a little sweetness, we tried adding jicama to it yesterday. I thought it was a nice addition and all three kids loved it that way.

Great alternative to mayo filled coleslaw

Nice change to regular or asian slaw

Like others I added radishes, grated carrots and artificial sweetener.

Easy!
