We love this as is. But for those looking for a little sweetness, we tried adding jicama to it yesterday. I thought it was a nice addition and all three kids loved it that way.





What makes this Mexican, the cilantro? We found it so boring! I took the reviews of others and added, tomatoes, jalapeno and a little lime, now that made it Mexican and so much better!





Like others I added radishes, grated carrots and artificial sweetener.





Great side dish! We love Asian/Sesame Coleslaw, and now love the Tex Mex version! We added 2 diced, partly seeded jalapeños (we love spice), cumin, and some zero calorie sweetener. We had shrimp tacos with it, but next time could put it right inside the taco!
