Easy, quick and delicious. I've made it twice. On the second go, I reduced the salt and added dijon mustard to the dressing. I also omitted the rosemary. I generally like rosemary, but thought it eclipsed some of the other wonderful flavors in this recipe.

Terrific salad. Colorful, tastey, and full of fresh, crisp flavors. Healthy too!! I actually spoon this salad onto a soft whole wheat tortilla and make a wrap out of it. Delicious! Next time, I think I'll follow dafemery's advice and add a little dijon mustard to the lemon and oil dressing.
Not freaking bad at all! And I'm not a fan of tuna fish =) Definitely light and crisp.
Love this recipe! Every time I have it I ask myself-- why aren't I making this more...
This has become a weekly staple in our house. Quick and delicious.
