1 cup raspberries
1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1 tablespoon sweet Marsala (Italian wine)
2 tablespoons sugar or to taste

Blend raspberries in a food processor or blender. Pour into a bowl. Stir in yogurt and Marsala. Add sugar. Cover tightly and chill.
