Sweet Marsala delicately flavors this creamy, low-fat raspberry sauce.


Marsala Sauce Recipe

1 1/4 cups

Active Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon sweet Marsala, (Italian wine)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar, or to taste

Preparation

  1. Blend raspberries in a food processor or blender. Pour into a bowl. Stir in yogurt and Marsala. Add sugar. Cover tightly and chill.
