This was a simple and delicious meal that my entire family loved. The sauce was thinner than I thought but it was perfect! We served it with 90 second brown chicken rice and steamed broccoli.

This was such a good dish. We didn't have the orange zest but we used a chunky marmalade that had zest in it. The family loved it!
I made this for my grandma and mom one night. We all love orange marmalade, and this is no exception! The sauce isn't too sweet, but still ahs that marmalade taste. Served with goat cheese mashed potatoes, oven roasted broccoli, and homemade whole wheat Irish soda bread.
Loved it....The aroma itself was so lovely.
