I adjusted the recipe a little and used red yams. I subbed a little olive oil for the butter and used agave nectar and organic sucanut in addition to the maple syrup. I also added a little ginger and cinnamon. It was amazing and no one knew that it was really good for them!

With 50% more sauce, this recipe is fantastic! Otherwise the sweet potatoes are not well coated.
