Maple-Nut Granola

November/December 2008

Your rating: None Average: 4.3 (83 votes)

We love the maple-nut flavor combination of this heart-healthy granola, but feel free to substitute your favorite nuts or dried fruit for your own custom blend.

READER'S COMMENT:
"A very good granola. I reduced the amount of sweeteners by one half and it was still satisfactory. I would assume that you could leave the sweetenerers out and use the sweetener of your choice when you eat. Bill!!! "

This recipe is phenomenal and we'll be making it as a gift for our friends & family!!! We cut the brown sugar in 1/2 for ourselves but it's great either way.

I have searched for years for a granola recipe like this! I add cinnamon to mine. Yum!
