I just didn't really enjoy the taste of this granola that much. I also also burned the first batch; the second time I made it I reduced the baking time by 20 minutes and it was better. It's just okay in my opinion. I used a combination of craisins and dried (tart) cherries instead of raisins as I didn't have any raisins.

I filled jars to give as holiday gifts for my neighbors. Two neighbors have already knocked on my door asking for the recipe. Very tasty and so simple to make!
This was so fast and so yummy to make. I omitted the brown sugar and raisins and doubled up on the cranberries. This made my home smell so good! Can't wait to put it in my yogurt tomorrow!!
A very good granola. I reduced the amount of sweeteners by one half and it was still satisfactory. I would assume that you could leave the sweetenerers out and use the sweetener of your choice when you eat. Bill!!!
