This is a really great recipe. I'm not crazy about the sweet/meat thing so I'd prefer it a bit spicier but my husband loved it.

I used apple juice in place of apple cider which gave it a little sweeter taste.
This is one of my husband's favorite meals. Easy and quick to prepare which I love! The meat turns out really tender too.
My husband and I loved this recipe! I couldn't find ground chipotle at our grocery store so I just used 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne instead and it turned out great! The only thing that I found is that I needed to cook it a little longer to make the sauce thicken. Husband says I must make this recipe again. Big hit!
i doubled the chipolte pepper and also put in a little more maple syrup. great flavor!
