This was FANTASTIC. I did double the amount of maple syrup, but was using sugar-free anyway. I highly recommend this recipe--simple, healthy, quick, delicious! Even those of us with less culinary expertise can handle this one :).

Excellent. I'm not a fan of pork but this was really good. I will make it again. Ca n't wait to eat the leftovers for lunch.
I would highly recommend that you substitute the canola oil for RAW UNREFINED COCONUT OIL.
Why? Because coconut oil is the best for high temp cooking. Plus the added benefit is the good fat your body recognizes and is much healthier for you. And,,,, you probably don't know this but,,,,did you know certain types of fat actually burn fat off your body. Stay away from hydrogenated oils of any type. Your body chemistry does not recognize this man-made product and will only store it as fat in you.
Just because it is coconut oil doesn't mean you'll have a coconut taste to your foods. This oil is absoultely fantastic to use for any type cooking. And it is much healthier for you.
This is now one of my regular recipes...it's great as a dinner with rice and corn (oh ha, kind of like in the picture!), and the next day sliced cold on a salad. YUM!!!
