I would highly recommend that you substitute the canola oil for RAW UNREFINED COCONUT OIL.
Why? Because coconut oil is the best for high temp cooking. Plus the added benefit is the good fat your body recognizes and is much healthier for you. And,,,, you probably don't know this but,,,,did you know certain types of fat actually burn fat off your body. Stay away from hydrogenated oils of any type. Your body chemistry does not recognize this man-made product and will only store it as fat in you.
Just because it is coconut oil doesn't mean you'll have a coconut taste to your foods. This oil is absoultely fantastic to use for any type cooking. And it is much healthier for you.
