"This was FANTASTIC. I did double the amount of maple syrup, but was using sugar-free anyway. I highly recommend this recipe--simple, healthy, quick, delicious! Even those of us with less culinary expertise can handle this one :). "

Easy Glaze!

We loved the combination of spicy, savory, and sweet that this quick dish was able to deliver. It was wonderful! Served it with roasted sweet potato fries which also went well with the left over glaze on the plate!

One of our weeknight go-to recipes!

We love this recipe! We make it with tenderloin medallions as well as pork chops. It's very versatile regarding side dishes and super quick to throw together on a weeknight. It's flavorful and delicious. One thing we change is we add a bit of cayenne pepper as we love spicy food. Excellent recipe.

quick, easy, flavorful

Oh boy! My husband and I are both excited about this one - it instantly became a "keeper"! It was easy and quick and absolutely delicious. Like someone else said, we did double the amount of glaze.

New favorite of the husband!

My husband LOVED the flavor of this dish and has now requested that we have it once a week. We were lucky to have very fresh chipotle and red chili pepper from New Mexico on hand from our last vacation, and I also used pure maple syrup. I don't think you need to double the syrup if you go with pure maple, and the flavor is worth the extra cost. We like our food spicy, so I doubled the chipotle and added an extra dash of maple syrup to compensate. YUM!!!!

Delicious flavor, quick cook time, and so easy!
