September/October 2012

Your rating: None Average: 4.3 (4 votes)

Roasted apples and celery root (celeriac) with a maple-bacon glaze make a perfect fall side dish. If you can’t find pure maple syrup, use an equal amount of brown sugar plus 1 tablespoon of water in Step 3.

Wonderful flavors!

We were trying to find a way to use celeriac which we had received in a CSA share. This recipe was amazing! Loved the mix of flavors. We steamed sweet potatoes and ate this over them. Will fix this again and again!
