Storebought granola bars sure are convenient, but they're often loaded with undesirable amounts of fat. These come together in minutes. Try using chopped dates or dried cranberries in place of the raisins.

Delicious!

I made these a few nights ago, and they were super easy to make and tasted delicious. The only problem I had with them was that they didn't hold together very well. I'm going to try and make them again and let them cool in the pan longer before I cut them next time.

I intend to try making these tomorrow. Reading the last post, I wonder if cutting the bars while still warm wouldn't make it easier to cut. I use a pizza cutter for this job.

Although good in theory, these turn out more like "granola bites." I just had very little success with this recipe.
