This has been a go to dish for me for many years! Unlike other recipes, I have not found it necessary to make any changes. Great if you like shrimp, fresh basil and tomatoes, and garlic.

I first tried this recipe in 1995 when it came out on the cover of the Eat Well magazine. It has been a regular ever since. We still really enjoy the flavors of garlic shrimp, tomatoes, basil and parmesan.
