If you prefer, use lemon or orange zest and juice in place of the lime zest and juice.
- 2 cups nonfat plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated lime zest
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
