Lime Yogurt Recipe

Makes: 4 servings, 1/2 cup each

Ingredients

  • 2 cups nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated lime zest
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
