Light Ranch Dressing Recipe

Makes: About 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped scallions
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Freshly ground pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Combine buttermilk, mayonnaise, scallions, dill, parsley, lemon juice, horseradish, salt and pepper in a blender. Puree until smooth.

Tips & Notes

  • Make Ahead Tip: Cover and refrigerate for up to 4 days.
