Steamed broccoli and cauliflower florets tossed with a tangy lemon dressing is a great alternative to a green salad or steamed vegetable side dish.

Excellent Side Dish

Everyone in the family really enjoyed this wonderful vegetable medley!. Very easy to make and a great alternative to our usual boring steamed broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots. Adds a very beautiful and healthy looking presentation to the dinner table. Since I had more vegetables, I needed more marinate, so I added some of the juice from the olives and WOW...that really made the flavor pop.

Great way to get children to eat their vegetables
Great the day you make it...

This salad was great the day it was made, but did not fair so well as leftovers.
