Lemon-Pepper Marinade

Lots of crushed black pepper and pungent Dijon mustard in this marinade adds loads of flavor to seafood, chicken or vegetables.


Lemon-Pepper Marinade Recipe

About 1 cup

Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon crushed black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Combine lemon juice, mustard, oil, sugar, pepper and salt in a small bowl. Use 1/2 cup to marinate shrimp, tuna, chicken or vegetables. Reserve remaining marinade for basting.
