"I made this last night as directed, but instead of tossing the cooked shrimp in a bowl, I added them to the skillet and allowed them to simmer for a few minutes because I didn't want to eat them cold. This in turn created a nice sauce....

easy dinner with a little whole wheat pasta and some fresh spinach thrown in with the shrimp. More garlic please!

Substitute the parsley with cilantro for a really delightful taste. Toss with brown rice for a healthy lunch or dinner.

I made this in literally 10 minutes and put the shrimp in the skillet because I wanted them hot and loved it. I ate it with a nice salad and gave some to my family and they loved it as well. So easy a teenager, like me, could do it.
