Loved it!!! Even my 21 month old gobbled up the shrimp! We paired the shrimp with linguine in a white wine sauce. Yummy!

We will be making this probably once a week!

After trying this recipe a few times and each and every time it was received with raves, it has made its way into my permanent files. This recipe can be used as an appetizer or as a meal - just takes a little tweaking according to taste. Thank you EatingWell for a great shrimp dish!

Substitute the parsley with cilantro for a really delightful taste. Toss with brown rice for a healthy lunch or dinner.
