Bright lemon juice, garlic and olive oil are a nice alternative spread on hot summer corn.


Lemon-Garlic Corn Topper Recipe

Enough for 4 ears of corn (1 1/2 teaspoons each)

Preparation

  1. Whisk lemon juice, oil and garlic in a small bowl. Season with salt to taste. Use a pastry brush to spread on hot corn.
