Lovely and flavorable method to prepare lamb chops

These can be made in 15 mins if one foregos the one-hour marination (although if you can marinate them overnight the intensity of taste is worth it). Double the sauce and serve over mushy peas. You'll need to spend $20-25 for a bottle of good, aged balsamic; otherwise, you'll be disappointed.
