My family doesn't enjoy horseradish, so I left it out. I added garlic and black beans and served with eggs. We were all stuffed from a very hearty meal!!! |

Really great as a side with brunch or even just by itself. I substituted the horseradish for mustard and lemon/lime juice. Even my skeptical brunch guests (who have never tried kale) liked it. |
