I made these as a side with some mozzarella stuffed turkey burgers I also got from this site. My husband, who is not a veggie guy, said these were a great substitute for potato chips.
The only thing I changed was to put them on a rack on top of a pan, and cook them for 20 minutes are 225. i don't have a salad spinner so I couldn't get them completely dry before putting them in the oven. I also used a olive oil spray rather than drizzling it on. They came out perfect!
