Kahlua Cocoa

January/February 1999

Your rating: None Average: 4 (4 votes)

While regular hot cocoa is lovely and warming, sometimes something a bit more spirited is in order. Some other tasty additions to hot chocolate: bourbon, creme de menthe, Galliano, creme de cassis, Chambord.

READER'S COMMENT:
"I thought it tasted good and was very easy to make. I prefer a less rich/thick/creamy hot chocolate, though, so I added a little water. I'm sure I'll be making this more often as it gets colder and colder outside! "
