This tangy and piquant sour-cream sauce is also a great accompaniment to steaks or baked potatoes.


Horseradish-Dill Cream Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill, fresh
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Combine sour cream, yogurt, dill, horseradish and salt in a small bowl.

  • Make Ahead Tip: Cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
