This was delicious; I think the marinating is what makes it! Very flavorful and satisfying. I made the sauce for 4 servings, but only had 2 salmon filets, so there was extra to put over the fish at the end. I will definitely make this again.
Honey-Soy Broiled Salmon
A sweet, tangy and salty mixture of soy sauce, rice vinegar and honey does double-duty as marinade and sauce. Toasted sesame seeds provide a nutty and attractive accent. Make it a meal: Serve with brown rice and sautéed red peppers and zucchini slices.

This receipt is AWESOME! my kids love it too (they are 5 and 8) and not to mention so EASY to make. We have had this twice a week for the last 3 weeks and no complaints yets....
Very easy, delicious and healthy! What more could a girl ask for?
There wasn't much that was very tasty or special about this recipe, as the predominating flavour that my family and I tasted here was ginger. It just covered everything else up.
