These are great! I love that they are sweet, but not TOO sweet. I made them with my 2 1/2 year old and we "painted" them with icing. I didn't have pasteurized egg whites, so I just made a powdered sugar icing (with vanilla and milk), and that turned out great as well. It still hardens, it's just not shiny like the decorator's icing would be. Thanks for the recipe for a cookie that has a little nutrition in it!
