This soup was super tasty even without the cheese! I followed the directions using dill and adding 1 fresh minced garlic clove while cooking the zucchini. And so quick, it probably took me 20 mins total.

It needed a little tweeking, hence the 4 star rating. I added about 1/2 tbsp of lemon pepper. Other than that I followed the recipe and it was a very tasty soup!
This was a delicious summertime lunch. Great with a salad. We enjoyed the soup topped with parmesan cheese melted on top! Yum!
First time I made it, followed the recipe. It really didn't taste so great to me but who knows seems like others really enjoy this. The only thing that helped me finish the bowl was by eating the pita after every bite of soup.
I had never had zucchini soup before, so I was unsure when I just went for this soup, especially since the top review said it was bland. However, I absolutely LOVED it. I'm just beginning EatingWell's 28 Day Weight Loss Meal Plan and this was a wonderful way to kick start it. My boyfriend thought it needed more salt (but he's a salt-fiend) but I thought it was perfect, and not bland at all. For my meal plan, I'm having to make most of my meals the night before and bring them to work. This soup was fantastic, even the next day! I will definitely be making this one again.
