I read all these reviews for this dish. I wanted to make it since it seemed like it should be good, but there were so many bad reviews. I made this last night and made all the modifications that were suggested. I did the following:
-Used all broth, no water
-Added a lot more garlic
-Added just a dash of thyme (I'm not a fan anyway)
-Added some red wine after adding the veggies
-Chopped the veggies, didn't use food processor
With these modifications, it was really tasty and flavorful! I used low-sodium broth and didn't need to even salt the dish before eating.
