My son hates vegetables, even ones he has never tasted but he loved this and never even detected the vegetables. Hubby loved it too and had seconds. The only modification I made was to add a small amount of Parmesan cheese and I did not have macaroni on hand at the time so I used brown rice spaghetti. Very tasty. I will make it again.

I used some of the same substitutions: turkey and greek yogurt. You missed out on the thyme, it was right on. I would recommend adding lemon juice right before serving to give it a punch.
