I reworked this quite a bit. First off, just chop your veggies; don't try using a food processor. Second, unless you really, really love thyme, only use ONE teaspoon. Otherwise it overpowers everything to the point of ruin. The first time I made this, I nearly threw the whole batch out for this reason. GLUTEN-FREE readers: use brown rice pasta and substitute cornstarch for the flour and you'll be good to go.
