I've made this recipe several times since coming across it, and the results seem to get better and better. It's light, fast, and offers a fair amount of heat. As a dietitian, I have to question the accuracy of the nutritional information, however. 1 serving is supposedly 129 calories. However, 1 ear of corn is typically 100 calories, and 1/2 tb butter is 50 calories, so each serving is much more likely to be in the 160-180 calorie range.
