Great for a light dessert

I would just use a sugar sub like Truvia or Splenda and sub the oil with coconut oil or unsalted butter. For a drizzle, I think a little Agave.

This recipe sounds wonderful. I will try it with Black Locust honey and a variety of cheeses, maybe a goat to start with.
