Green Tea-Fruit Smoothie Recipe

2 servings, 1 cup each

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen unsweetened mixed fruit, (peaches, melon and grapes)
  • 3/4 cup hot brewed green tea
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Combine fruit, tea, honey and lemon juice in a blender; blend until smooth and frothy. Serve immediately.
