Great recipe! Made this recipe with greek non-fat yogurt and thinned it out with the juice of half of a lemon. The addition of the lemon juice along with the fresh chopped parsley made this taste so fresh and delicious. My husband and I loved this and will make it again! I took the suggestion from another reviewer and served it along with EatingWell's curried chicken and brown basmati rice.
