Rolling goat cheese in dried cranberries and pecans makes a festive hors d'oeuvre. Serve with crackers and a glass of port.

Preparation

  1. Lay a piece of plastic wrap on a work surface. Combine cranberries, pecans and salt in a small bowl. Dump the mix onto the plastic wrap and form it into a small rectangle on the plastic wrap. Roll goat cheese in the cranberry mixture to completely coat.

  • Make Ahead Tip: Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
