I made this recipe for my husband. We are trying to eat a healthier diet, but we still want dessert occasionally. He loves peaches and he loves gingersnaps, so I thought this would be a great combination for him. I WAS WRONG!! This recipe is not at all good. We took one bite and couldn't eat the rest. My husband is not a picky eater either. Please don't waste your time with this recipe.
