This is not a kosher recipe and Israeli cooks would not use it, therefore, it is not authentic. Eliminate the dairy or label it Mediterranean or Greek, with the use of yogurt.

That's the name of a type of couscous. "Israeli couscous, also called pearl couscous, is similar to regular couscous in that it's a small, whole grain-like food made from semolina or wheat flour."

I don't think that they were

I don't think that they were referring to the whole recipe, just the couscous, when they said "Isreali". The rest of the recipe was pretty good.

Not Kosher

This may be "Mediterranean" but Israeli cooks are not going to offer a nonkosher recipe, especially for holidays. Try Greek.

They are clearly referring to

They are clearly referring to the couscous as Israeli NOT the entire recipe. There is nothing in grocery store called "Greek Couscous".
