My family and friends have loved this simple, yet delicious, recipe! We have used it to marinate tofu cubes and as a dipping sauce for gyoza. I have made it twice, once chopping the garlic, ginger and cilantro, and the other time mincing them together in the food processor. It depends on the texture you prefer, but it is good for different applications depending on your intended use. My next plan is to use it chopped by hand for noodle salad and minced in the processor for a soup broth with noodles and tofu or chicken. Yum!
