This was really good, filling, and healthy, though my husband and I both agreed that this dish needs less lemon. Despite that, we both think it's a make-again. I'll just use less lemon juice next time.

This was really good, although I added more garlic per reviews. My husband can't do yogurt so I substituted it with 1/4 c white wine & 1/2 c plain soy milk then I thickened it by adding 3/4 teas xanthan gum (added 1/8 t at a time) until desired thickness. We enjoyed this very much and thought the wine and garlic was so delicious! Perfect light meal for summer with angel hair or winter meal with different pasta.
This dish was amazing and a new favorite for my husband and I. I added extra garlic and a little more salt along with a pinch of red pepper based on the other reviews. We loved it! I'm making again for dinner tonight!
I liked it (except for the asparagus), my husband didn't, but he's pretty picky. The cook time is right on the money, so I liked that its a quick & easy meal. I would make it again if he would eat it.
This was incredibly easy and good. I was a little hesitant because I wasn't sure what to expect from a "yogurt sauce" but I was pleasantly surprised! Followed the recipe exactly with the exception of buying a bag of "steam in the microwave" veggies that I added at the very end and using Ronzoni Garden Delight spaghetti for an even more veggie filled meal, next time I make this I will however, leave out the asparagus [personal preference].
The garlic wasn't overpowering, it had a strong lemony flavor and was a tasty healthy summer meal! I served this with a lovely Mediterranean Salad and it fit perfectly. Def a keeper in my home.
