Toss a garlicky, Middle Eastern-inspired yogurt sauce with pasta, shrimp, asparagus, peas and red bell pepper for a fresh, satisfying summer meal. Serve with: Slices of cucumber and tomato tossed with lemon juice and olive oil.

I don't eat wheat but would substitute quinoa spaghetti; however the carbs are much higher.

Instead of peas and yogurt I added spinach and sour cream. Very good!

OMG!!! This recipe is sooo good!! I couldn't find American style plain yogurt so I used plain low-fat Greek yogurt and it made the recipe even creamier. And it was very easy to make. This is definitely a recipe worth cooking.

Deliciously Fresh :)

We loved this recipe. The only thing i would change next time is the bell pepper. Maybe add some broccoli.
The vegetables didn't cook through which is great and kept this recipe very fresh, crispy and O super healthy :)
I would definitely make it again.
